Port Douglas Yachtclub

As well as the bar and restaurant, the Port Douglas Yacht Club provides other facilities for the cruising sailor, members or visitors to the area. Clean showers and toilets are on site. Visitors berthed at Closehaven Marina (adjacent to the yacht club) are given a key upon request. A $50.00 deposit must be paid to gain after hours access to them. Members of the Port Douglas Yacht Club need to request a key. After hours access for members is part of membership privileges. A fully equipped laundry with washing machines, dryers, tubs and ironing equipment is also available.

Operation for the washers and dryers is by coin in the slot. Here you can securely bring your boat out of the water to do some maintenance or just for storage. Phone the club for prices and availability. The Hard Stand can only be used by full Members of the Club for security reasons.
