Finger food platters, $40.00 each. Mixed hot platters include;
- Cocktail Chicken Kebabs
- Mini Quiches
- Mixed Petite baked pastries
- Mini hot dogs wrapped in puff pastry and baked
- Mini vegetarian pastries
- mini falafels
- Vegetarian kebabs
- Whiting goujons
- mini prawn shui mai
- mini dim sims
- spring rolls and samousas
Anti pasto, sandwich or cheese platters can be arranged on request.
Barbeque Buffet starting at $40.00 per person. Hot and cold buffet includes the following;
- Thyme infused scotch fillet steak
- Yoghurt, garlic and rosemary marinated boned leg lamb pieces.
- Honey-soy chicken thighs / chicken kebabs
- Char sui pork medallions
- Red spot emperor [fish fillet] kebabs
- Vegetarian kebabs
- Chunky gourmet sausages [variety of flavours]
- Steamed vegetables
- Tossed green salad
- Sauces
- Dinner rolls and condiments
Basic BBQ description only. Additional food, such as Seafood, salads and Meats can be arranged upon request.
Roast Buffet, starting at $45.00 per head. Hot and cold Buffet include the following items;
- Any variety of at least 2 types choosing from Beef, Lamb and Pork depending on your Preference. [We reccomend not using chicken as it tends to dry out.]
- The meat is accompanied with roast potatoes and pumpkin, steamed vegtables and hot gravy, tossed green salad, sauces, dinner rolls and condiments. Again we can add more food if required at an additional cost.
We can also do Set menus and themed food options on requests. We appreciate that every Wedding is different, and we look forward to sitting down with you and discussing the finer details.
